Spatial Tracks ("we," "our," or "the app") is built by DMK Studios. This policy explains what information Spatial Tracks accesses, how it's used, and the choices you have. We designed Spatial Tracks to work with as little personal data as possible.

Information We Access

Spatial Tracks uses Apple's MusicKit framework to connect to your Apple Music account. With your permission, the app accesses:

• Playback authorization — so the app can play songs from your Apple Music subscription inside its spatial environments.
• Purchase records for in-app content — handled entirely by Apple's App Store; Spatial Tracks never sees or stores your payment information.

We do not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or any other data beyond what's needed to play music and unlock content you've purchased.

How We Use Information

Any data Spatial Tracks accesses is used solely to power in-app functionality — playing your music and remembering which tracks you own. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build behavioral profiles for marketing purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Spatial Tracks contains no third-party analytics SDKs or advertising networks. Your Apple Music streaming is governed separately by Apple's own privacy policy, since playback occurs through Apple's systems.

Data Storage

Purchased content and downloaded assets are stored locally on your Apple Vision Pro. We do not operate a separate account system or cloud database of user profiles beyond what Apple's App Store and MusicKit already manage on Apple's infrastructure.

Children's Privacy

Spatial Tracks is not directed at children under 13. Using the app requires an Apple ID, which is subject to Apple's own age requirements; Apple Music, when used for playback, carries its own subscription age requirements as well.

Your Choices

You can revoke Spatial Tracks' access to Apple Music at any time in your device's Settings app, or remove all local app data by deleting Spatial Tracks from your Apple Vision Pro.

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, note it on this page.
